Requesting a return and exchange online
– Request a return/exchange by going to Contact Us page then choose “Return or Exchange” type, add also the order number on your message. Order number can be found at My Account -> Orders.
– Box up your products,wrap and seal your products in their original packaging. Please make sure perfume(s) is not sprayed,box is not opened, torn or damaged.
– Hand over your return. Returns are delivered to the shipping company whose services we use from receipt of the returns, and then the company will give you a receipt.
– The cost of return and exchange if the product is the same as required and the actual packaging is intact is carried by the buyer.

– Call 0565335665 to schedule a return/exchange.
– Speak to us at 0565335665 if you wish to schedule a pick-up. Make sure you fill out the return slip first.
– Returns eligible for pick up are currently available within Riyadh City only.

We will inspect the returns and refund the payment to your bank account within 7 to 14 days if the return/exchange requirements are met.
