Returns

Due to the nature of perfume products, we only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or offer store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchanges

To request an exchange:

Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement item free of charge
